A word of advice! It seems the outlaw population reach a ridiculous proportion, so i have to post this as an advice in how you can protect against being robed.
First of all don't carry ryo at you except like 50 ryo for ramen or if your hospital bill is very low (under 200), if is more then that don't give them the illusion they can get rich out of you:) It takes chakra/stamina to rob so if they waste it on taking your 50 ryo is just hilarious.
If you need to buy items from shop do the fallowing thing : Scout if no outlaw is on go to bank widrow money and as fast as you can buy your item.
If you need to buy consumable things like pills, smoke bombs etc use bookmarks, I got junnin pills on bookmark so i just scout go to bank if no outlaw in sight and widrow 1k then press pill bookmark and presto i got a junnin pill in inventory:) All it takes is 5 sec if the game dosnt lag.
If you need to train a jutstu for ryo then again scout, nobody around, go to bank widrow the exact amount you need and run out of the village and train outside in a more relative safety from outlaws. Best is move 2 squares.
If you need to use trade system then just buy or sale items with a gennin alt or an outlaw alt The chances of losing your cash you need for the trade or you earn from it will descres a lot!
The good news about so many outlaws is they dont raid, they just rob and if it fails they enter combat so people like GZA, Eric etc will probably not attack you (yes GZA gone outlaw haha)
Every one pls be very careful if you wish to buy a blood line item, there are a few scamers who trick people by asking cash to be send to them by bank not by trade system.
Don't accept under any circumstance to send cash in exchange for a bloodline outside the trade system.
We are a small village so we need the lowest number of VP/1 regen. I decided I will not buy any thing with VP till we have 1 regen, we already have decent upgrades to hospital, item shop and 5 ANBU Squads.
So now, as a general target, I will reveal how many points Current needs for 1 regen at our number of villagers:
We need 3000 VP/1 Regen
We are puling in 300+ (even 350 VP/24h day) so this is reachable in the near future, I advice all of you to go out there and just .... kill Lets get this as a team.
I will try to be as good as Kage as possible, if you consider you could do a better job pm me and we will have a fight, if you can defeat me on equal terms, both full cp/sp I will gracefully admit it and will not try to take the kage position back.
I do believe we are blessed as a village we have strong people and need so few VP/1 regen compared to others so here are some pointers for point gaining.
First of all set up a personal target to VP/day you can get, I recommend the fallowing personal targets:
Each Chuunin should gain at least a 3 VP/day
Each Jounnin 5 VP/day
Each SJ 8 VP/Day
You know very well this minimum is easy and possible and if we work as a team we will surpass even Horizon in regen gain.
How I said this are recommendations you can fallow them or not is your choice preferred would be to get more thou:)
A tip when you go raiding, same when you want to defend, CHOSE your fights, do not waste your cp/sp on a powerful enemy when you can kill 3 with the same cp/sp usage.
Always target the weakest target available.
Another tip, use bookmarks, bookmark on your browser links like sleep, wake, scout, move N/W/E/S and all things necessary, this will increase your raiding efficiency to the maximum and will ensure your safety when at home you do missions.

To be a member of an ANBU in C2 is an honor and a responsibility. Current now has 5 ANBU, some of them might have an empty spot for you!
To join an ANBU talk to the leader of that ANBU for the requirements.
The ANBU-Leader/Kage can change the requirements/rules of each ANBU at any given time.

If an ANBU is full, the person who wants to join has to challenge one of the Current Members. If the challenger wins, the person who lost is kicked out, and the challenger takes their place.
This rule does not effect the ANBU-Leaders.

and take it to the old hag at 12.6.
How do I get more regen?
In order to get regen, you must wait until the Village makes enough Funds to buy 1 Regen per every player, buy a house/go camping, or, you gain a Regen-giving Bloodline, which boosts your regen-rate.
What type of bloodlines are there?
Lots. Read the forums or find out on your own.
I bought a Jutsu Scroll in the blackmarket.. Now what?
You have to take the Jutsu Scroll to Forbidden/Phantom Peak.
Also note that some scrolls require certain bloodlines,
so you might not be able to train it.

Can you give me a list of higher ranked Jutsu/Houses/ect?
No. There are so many that it would be a utter pain to upload to some impatient players. Even if you knew, it wouldn't effect any aspect of game-play. Have patience, rank up, and find out for yourself.

How do I increase my chakra/stamina/hp!???!??!????!??
Chakra/Stamina are increased through training. Chakra/Stamina/Health are increased through leveling up and taking ranks. Also, when your higher ranked, taking missions increases your Chakra/Stamina/HP.

What do General Stats help with?
General Stats serve for a number of purposes. Different things.
No one knows exactly what each does/helps with.
For one, a certain Jutsu can be based off 2 General Stats.
Meaning a Tai-type Jutsu can be based solely off Speed/Strength.
So far we think this much is true, in addition to the fact that they help Jutsu damage:
Willpower mainly effects your Pure Chakra damage, slightly helps with Jutsus, and slightly boosts defense.
Intelligence mainly helps your Jutsus, slightly boosts your Pure Chakra damage, and slightly boosts your defense.
Speed helps you flee from battle and boosts the damage of your Fists.
Strength mainly helps your Jutsus, slightly boosts your fist damage, and slightly boosts your defense.
